Who We Are 

 

We’re a full service ad agency, marketing, and consulting firm. I have a team of high level pros which include my media buyer, Web designers, graphic artists, TV and radio production houses I use for my clients.


But I don’t hire any of them full-time. I subcontract with only the ones I need for each project. Sometimes the team is large, sometimes small. By only using the exact number of people needed for each job, I don’t have to charge you as much. That’s a good thing.
 
It’s like a director making a movie. I’m the director who sets the vision for the film and guides the team. For some movies two cameras are needed sometimes four, sometimes one. I need actors; I need set designers, all dependant on the scope of the film.
 
But I rarely hire someone to write the screenplay, ‘cause that part, I’m okay at. And I love doing it.

Jim RubartI went to University of Washington graduating with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. Ended up on air at a Seattle radio station. Then sold radio for eight years, as well as doing corporate sales training. Started my first ad agency in 1994. Been doing it ever since.

ROOMS - a novel by James L. RubartMy biggest dream since I was a kid. Went to my first writing conference in spring of ’06. Got an agent six months later. Sold my first novel a year and a half later. It’s called ROOMS and comes out in April.
